As a property owner within the Fire and Earth neighbourhoods, residents will automatically become a Leisure member with a single membership deed attached to a property. Banquet facilities will be available for up to 250 people, along with an events area for up to 400 guests overlooking the 18th holes of both Earth and Fire courses.
