The Zaragoza is planned with a central spine from which all of the ground floor rooms are accessed. The villa includes a private covered courtyard between the kitchen / breakfast room and the main living room plus a very large covered verandah that could be converted into an enclosed space.
The first floor includes a large family room that leads onto a large balcony space. The four bedrooms all include an en-suite with the guest bedroom on the ground floor potentially being used as a study room.
The master and guest bedroom both feature timber flooring.
